Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Luxury summer house with great view to nature

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset har 2 gode soveværelser, total istandsat badeværelse samt et stort og hyggeligt totalrenoveret køkken/alrum med pejs. Sofa kan endvidere omdannes til 2 sovepladser, såfremt behovet er 6 overnattende. Fra to skønne træterrasser og den store grund kan solen nydes fra tidlig morgen til sen aften.

Fredfyldt og charmerende anneks kun fem minutters gang fra ugenert strand og badebro. Det nordligste punkt på Sjælland lige ud til det skønneste badevand. Forfrisk dig og kæresten med et morgenbad før morgenmaden og de skønne vandre og cykelture langs den stærkt kuperede kyststi. Afslut måske dagen med en tidløs gåtur på en autentisk og levende fiskerihavn, hvor fiskerbådene ligger klar til afgang og en stor lystbådehavn spreder sommerstemning i sommerhalvåret.

Lovely treasure in the middle of Tisvildeleje.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

Hyggelig og idylisk hytte/sommerhus til en familie eller et par, der ønsker en overnatning. Mulighed for fiskeri i robåd, der er til rådighed i forbindelse med leje af hytten. Romantisk idyl med luksusfaciliteter

Kun 8 minutters gang fra en af Danmarks dejligste badestrande ligger mit nyopførte sommerhus. (Sommer 2020). Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig med 3 skønne træterrasser, så man har mulighed at følge solen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, samt udebad, udekøkkenen og endda en shelter hvis man vil tættere på naturen.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
