We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. E' una nuovissima struttura ricettiva ultimata nel gennaio del 2017 ed ubicata sul piazzale principale del borgo di Montalbano Elicona, a soli 25 metri dal portale di accesso al Castello Federico II. La casa vacanza conta di ampia zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto molto ampia con doccia in camera, servizi igienici ed un ampio terrazzo che guarda alle montagne. La sua particolare posizione la rende unica sul territorio.
