Modern, clean and spacious!! This premium condominium is centrally located in the town square of Girdwood. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shop and Community Park are all situated within walking distance of this luxury property. Alyeska – Alaska’s largest ski resort is only one-mile away, easily accessible by a free local shuttle bus service every 20 minutes! This well-appointed unit is your home away from home, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Dog friendly, 1 dog allowed per HOA.

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Note: Our family lives upstairs and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee absolute quiet.

Private bathroom, full kitchen, and a large covered porch ensures your stay is comfortable and relaxing. A luxurious pillow topped new king size bed awaits you. A futon is also available for the kids or your mother-in-law. The location can't be beat! Less than a 2 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, mercantile, clinic, post-office, and a free shuttle.

Studio condo at the base of Alyeska. Wake up and walk downstairs to enjoy a delicious Bake Shop breakfast. Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The Murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

Awesome Girdwood cabin near lifts, hiking, brewery

You will love this quiet cabin surrounded by trees. It’s a great base to explore all that this part of Alaska has to offer. Only 3/4 mile to Alyeska ski resort. Tons of hiking and biking nearby. A short drive will take you to Anchorage, Turnagain Arm, Whittier, or Portage Glacier. Seward is close enough for a day trip for a fishing charter, a wildlife cruise, or a hike at Exit Glacier. After each day’s adventures, come home to this warm and inviting space.

Cozy Girdwood A-Frame Cabin

A-frame cabin with open floor layout (no private bedrooms) near the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many Girdwood attractions. Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.

Alyeska Hideaway Log Cabins "Glacier Cabin"

Glacier Cabin is a one room cabin with a queen bed on the main floor and sitting area. The loft also has a queen bed, there is a ladder for the nimble to access! The bathroom features a claw-foot tub which is great for soaking after a long hike or ski. We live next door to our cabins and are here to welcome you and help you plan your adventures.

Stylish studio condo, open concept (no separate bedroom: king bed and fold out couch) perfect for a couple (or small family), located a short 2 minute walk to the chairlift at the base of Alyeska. This condo has everything you need to cook full meals, work remotely, and rest after a hard day of outdoor activities.

The Barren Guest Suite is situated in Girdwood Valley and offers glacier and mountain views. This unit is located in a quiet, centrally positioned neighborhood with access to restaurants, the Alyeska Resort, skiing, hiking, and biking. This one-bedroom, mother-in-law-type suite is ideal for couples.
