A 5min walk to the city and 10min walk to Waikanae Beach makes 'Kowhai on Kahutia' incredibly accessible. Recently renovated to match its bungalow bones, come and discover more history of the house and local area as a part of your stay here. Note the interior has been renovated however the exterior is still a WIP.
