Just a 5 minute stroll to the Wainui beach access way at the end of the road and a convenient 8 minute drive into Gisborne City. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.

On a scenic drive an hour and twenty inland from Gisborne or Wairoa, on State Highway 2 you will arrive at The Rabbiter's Hut which is a peaceful and private fully self contained cottage situated on an idyllic hill country station of the East Coast. The station boundaries the Hangaroa river which offers wonderful swimming holes, water activities and walks. The owner is a professional fly fishing guide who can guide you on the world famous Ruakituri river with prior bookings. Idea getaway.
