The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Ideale soprattutto per famiglie con bambini per il grande giardino recintato un boschetto con amache messo a disposizione in cui i bambini possono giocare senza alcun pericolo nonché fare visita alle galline ai gatti e giocare con un cane.

Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
