Queen size beds in bedrooms. Right by the front door on the left there is a living room. large dining table, folding sofa and additional bunk bed. modern kitchen, TV, all in the living room. two gorgeous bathrooms in a modern style. within a 3-minute walk there are many restaurants, Americana on the Brand.

Take advantage of the beautiful California sunshine and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard and completely fenced front yard with SWIMMING POOL (the pool can be heated for an extra $75.00 charge per day) outdoor dining, and string lights for the perfect ambiance. Have a glass of wine or cold beer in my eclectic living room.

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

The house features an open-concept design with a separate small bedroom, magnificent patio through the French doors of the living room, giving into the pool/jacuzzi.
