The is also a futon couch in the gameroom that has a pac-man arcade machine as well as well a table top arcade machine with over 17,000 games on it and a basketball machine. This home also has high speed internet.

Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 2 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open concept Kitchen/Livingroom. There is a king size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working with a Roku TV. The bathroom has a shower only in it (*no tub). *no washer/dryer currently**2 SETS OF STAIRS PLEASE SEE PHOTOS*

Extra bed is a full-size futon and is located in a detached room that includes washer and dryer.
