We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Architectural charm in this newly renovated, eco-friendly guest suite, could be a destination in itself with a granite kitchen, open living/dining, large yard, patio, private outdoor fireplace and fountain, and brick courtyard. A block away are beaches, lighthouse, playgrounds and a seaside park. Beverly has historic theatres, top-notch dining, cafes and microbrews. Boston is conveniently 30 mins away; other attractions like museums, castles, trails, water sports and whale watching are nearby.

The Hideaway | Fireplace | Downtown | Theater

The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Antique Garden Cottage

Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

King size studio Cape Ann retreat

Light and airy studio with queen size bed. Day bed opens to king size if needed. Kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, induction cooktop, microwave and small fridge and freezer. Full bath. TV, with Firestick logged into hulu live is available. Bose bluetooth speaker and Super Nintendo classic game system (with 20 games) for your enjoyment during your stay. Free WiFi for guests. Towels and linens provided. Access to the apartment is through the garage and up a private staircase.

Ocean Park Retreat

Bright and cheery 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with two+ car parking on quiet street in Marblehead's Ocean Park neighborhood, just steps from the ocean. Full size bed and pull-out full-size sofa in living room, private bathroom with in-floor heating, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, sink, double induction cook-top, refrigerator, and toaster oven. Laundry access. Walk to the waterfront, watch the sailboats drift by. Fifteen- minute walk to Historic town center.

Sandpiper's Suite

Everything in this suite is clean and tidy. There is plenty of natural light and privacy blinds. There is Wifi with YouTube, Prime and other platforms. There is also a kitchenette in the unit with sink, small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, hot plate and pans and coffee maker. The house sits on a third acre of land and is fenced in from the road. We are a ten minute walk to the beach and shopping area, and the train station is located only two blocks away.

Shoreview Studio Lounge

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily. From its elevated perch, the studio has a contemporary feel with its private observation deck to its sophisticated lighting and wet bar design. Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.

The Garden Bed

“The Garden Bed” is a tidy guest suite tucked away in a quiet old neighborhood in Beverly, Massachusetts. With your own private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette, and three- quarters bath, you’ll enjoy a feeling of modern-but-rooted coziness within walking distance of Beverly’s downtown, parks, library, art galleries, theaters, and several local beaches. It’s perfect for a single person or couple looking for refreshment and convenience.

Halibut Point State Park. Nature Lovers Retreat

"Tween Coves Cottage" lies nestled next to breathtaking Halibut Pt. State Park. A short walk along wooded paths will lead to the ocean where you can picnic by the water, explore tidal pools, and enjoy a variety of wildlife and vegetation. Distance to the center of Rockport by car is under 10 minutes/ walking is approx. 50 minutes. Distance to the railway station is approx. 5 minutes by car/ walking is approx. 40 minutes.
