After a long day at the beach enjoy sitting under the Spanish moss covered Live Oak trees on your own private floating dock. Fish right from your fenced back yard. The home is only 15 minutes to St. Simons beach and less than 10 minutes to downtown for a nice meal at Reids Apothecary or watching the sunset at the rooftop bar at 1509.
