Perfect for families to experience ocean breezes and when returning from the beach, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off before the family chef curates a delicious meal using pots/pans inside or firing up the charcoal grill. Outdoor space includes plenty of seating around bar/firepit to enjoy the games and watch the romantic sunset/sunrise.

Child friendly, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, about 200m to the beach on a direct access road--this cute beach house is a great place to relax with family/friends. Come hang out on the large patio where you can see and hear the ocean and or hang out underneath and enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, an outdoor shower, grill, kayak and paddle board. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained on your next beach vacation! Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee.

After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash sand from children & pets. Enjoy the shaded area under the house while your children/pets play in the enclosed yard. Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king size beds. Bunk room has two twin/full beds. All bedrooms have TVs. Located 1/2 block from restaurants and market on Bolivar. Completed May 2018

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
