The house sleeps 8 comfortably(1 king & 3 queen), has smart-tvs in each room and fast Wi-Fi. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

Very modern and house is upgraded to the max. House is 1,700 sf, 3 bed, 2 bath with an outdoor bar, pool and spa. The pool is not heated but the Spa more than makes up for it. The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.
