Suitable for all seasons but backyard river-lounging in the warmer months may take the cake. 25 minutes from Sierra @ Tahoe and 40 mins to Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe for you skiers + boarders. Lots of natural light floods the space equipped with full kitchen and a separate bedroom with queen bed. There is a full bath and 2 twin day beds that serve during the day as the sofas. Paddle board or kayak right from the deck. The views and ease of enjoyment are endless.

This exquisite stone cottage, constructed in 1939 using rock sourced from the Tahoe basin, offers a unique blend of historical allure and modern comfort. Amenities include exclusive access to Tahoe Park’s private HOA beach and lakefront park, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private level 2 EV charger (fees apply). The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
