Welcome to our bright, cozy, mid-mod beach apartment! Just a short walk or drive from the pier and beach, 2 blocks from the best coffee shop in town, and a short walk to downtown with all the restaurants & shops you can imagine. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

Relax in this charming furnished studio apartment, complete with a small but fully equipped kitchen, WiFi access (5G), a dedicated work space, a private entrance and private patio with BBQ. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with an Ethos Organic Cotton mattress for ultimate sleeping comfort. Enjoy the gardens, compete with bee hives and chickens. Off street parking. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
