The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Sehr zentral & nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz gelegen, ist die örtliche Infrastruktur leicht erreichbar.
