Soak up the peace and tranquility of this rural 18th-century property Quinta da Agraceira from the terrace with a sunny breakfast overlooking the river. The abundant green landscape boasts more than a hundred species of centuries-old camellias and chestnut trees. Between Porto and “Alto Douro Wine Region”, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage, “Quinta da Agraceira” is a magnificent property with 50.000 m2. You can enjoy a unique view over the Douro River, just from 10 kms from Porto city. The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). With its special charm, simultaneously modern and authentic, Porto has many things to offer: monuments, architecture, cultural heritage, cultural life, museums, esplanades and other open air leisure spaces as well as green spaces, along river bank and sea shore. Douro Valley cultural landscape of outstanding beauty is “representative of the full range of activities association with winemaking – terraces, quintas (wine-producing farm complexes), villages, chapels, and roads”. Its main product, since the 18th century, port wine, is world famous. Can access: the swimming pool which has a small fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and full bathroom; to the river using the available kayaks or fishing because there is an ancient anchorage; gardens and paths within the farm; free parking We live in the main house of the farm and we are happy to help in any way we can! We want to ensure a memorable stay! Avintes is a historic village with a river beach and a small center served by several restaurants and shops. It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.

Cosy countryhouse 25 min away from Porto by car and 20 min away from the Douro valley. Located in the small village of Santa Comba, our house is a great place to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful stay. It’s very enjoyable both in summer and winter times. It’s equipped with a swimming pool for the hot days and a fireplace for the cold ones. If you feel like exploring, there’s plenty to visit around, such as the "Romanesque Route" or the Douro Valley, some of the major attractions in the region.

Quer seja a relaxar sob a encosta do rio junto a casa, a tomar banhos de sol na zona da piscina, na zona de refeições/lazer de deck, numa refeição com o grelhador ou em pura contemplação em qualquer ponto da propriedade.

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.
