Between Porto and “Alto Douro Wine Region”, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage, “Quinta da Agraceira” is a magnificent property with 50.000 m2. You can enjoy a unique view over the Douro River, just from 10 kms from Porto city. The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). With its special charm, simultaneously modern and authentic, Porto has many things to offer: monuments, architecture, cultural heritage, cultural life, museums, esplanades and other open air leisure spaces as well as green spaces, along river bank and sea shore. Its main product, since the 18th century, port wine, is world famous. We want to ensure a memorable stay! Avintes is a historic village with a river beach and a small center served by several restaurants and shops. It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
