Modern studio cottage designed and maintained with sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind, located in a quiet and very safe Portland neighborhood only a 7-10 minute drive (and $10-13 Uber/Lyft ride) from downtown Portland, the Old Port, and most local attractions. The cottage is a walkable mile (+/-) from Allagash Brewing (and the 4 other breweries there), and is within walking distance (.5 mi) of the restaurants and bars at Morrill's Corner. This is an LBGTQIA- and BIPOC-friendly space.

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Welcome!! We're excited to share our house with you! You'll get the whole ground level of the house - two very large clean modern rooms with a private entrance, bathroom, and direct yard access to the hammock, fire pit, and wildlife. Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom basement retreat, nestled in the charming town of Westbrook, just a short 3-minute drive from the Portland, Maine. With its stylish design and upscale amenities, this Airbnb offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in the area. The bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living area, accommodating additional guests comfortably in the spacious living area. There’s a $200 pet fee per pet.

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

If you're looking for a quiet, cozy get a-way steps from the lake this is the place. Lake is private with no public access so it’s not crowded. Close to everything but far enough away; highway (95), Portland, Sebago Lake Area. Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking at your finger tips. 4 kayaks provided. Big yard, great for games, BBQ or sitting by the fire pit. Listen to the loons from the front deck. Sorry no pets so please don’t ask if you bring one!

Carriage House on Lily Brook Farm

Large spacious Carriage House studio (the building with the red roof in the cover photo) on 34.5 acre working farm in Southern Maine. 1/2 hour from Portland and Biddeford/Saco, 40 min from Kennebunk. The farm looks out onto fields and woods in the back but sits on Rt 35 which is a not a highway, it's a country road, but people drive on it like it's the interstate.
