Apartman ima 95 metara kvadratnih, a sastoji se od 2 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima te prostrane kuhinje i blagovaonice s dnevnim boravkom u openspace konceptu. U dnevnom boravku postoji pomoćni ležaj za dvije osobe. U sklopu apartmana su 3 prostrane terase. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu sa zasebnim ulazom.
