Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Från Fotö kan man nå de andra nio öarna, antingen via bro eller färja. Du har också närheten till livsmedelsaffär, shopping, restauranger ca 3 km från Fotö.

Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
