Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Traben-Trarbach, with an amazing view over the Mosel river. Our place is equipped with many extra’s to make your stay a great experience. *NATUR PUR* Waldhäuschen am Gehöft im Grünen

Wir bieten hier unser "Häuschen" an! Es befindet sich direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus und ist Teil eines alten Mühlhofes mitten im Wald! Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Kleines zweistöckiges Ferienhäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Über eine Aussentreppe ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock zu erreichen. Sie ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn- Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit großzügiger Dusche. Zum Schlafen begibt man sich über die Innentreppe auf eine offene Empore, wo ein 1,60 m breites Bett auf Sie wartet. Falls Sie mit vier Personen kommen, kann die Couch noch zu einem vollwertigen Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden.

Unser außergewöhnliches Tiny house liegt auf einem großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand und bietet einen wunderschönem Panoramablick auf die umgebende Natur. Unser Tiny house hat ein Bad mit freistehender Badewanne vor einem Panoramafenster, eine über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbare Schlafebene, eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine Sauna in einem separaten Gebäude. Im Außenbereich bieten wir eine Holzterrasse mit Pergola, eine Außendusche und einen 1700qm großenGarten.

Die Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 2 Personen (Doppelbett) befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem ehemaligen Winzerhaus. Sie ist großzügig, hell und komplett eingerichtet. Preis : 50,- € für 2 Pers. inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Jede weitere Person 20,00 €. Für größere Gruppen kann das über eine Treppe in der Whg. erreichbare Studio mit bis zu 4 weiteren Schlafplätzen (1 Bett 140x200, 1 Einzelbett, 1 Schlafliege (pro Person 20 € Aufpreis) mit gebucht werden.

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderen 8 tot 12jr verblijven gratis. neem contact op voor u boekt. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
