Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. We are easily accessible by car and parking is free of charge for our guests. We hope enjoy your stay with us !

Diese besondere Unterkunft ist eine der wenigen, die sich direkt an der Adria befindet. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett renoviert. In dem historischen, ca 400 Jahre alten Steinhaus befindet sich im EG ein Studio-Apartment, ideal für zwei Personen. Der Hinterhof bietet an Hochsommertagen einen schattigen Rückzugsort. Parkplätze sind an der Sackgasse und 1 neben dem Haus. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Apotheke sind ca 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Trogir od. Split, erreicht man in 20 - 35 Minuten.

It is rarely know information that bay of Kastela used to be called Lintar, the reason why my beautiful apartment got this name. Lintar is just 20 meters away from the waterferont in a bright sunny pedestrian zone street. Here, everything is on your hand, pebble-sandy beach is a 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, open market, restaurant, caffe bar, all in a 50 meters reach.
