Nice centric studio by the sea

Nice centric studio perfect for friends or small families located in a renovated old stone house in Dalmatian, Kaštel Novi, 4 kilometers away from Split's airport. 50 meters from the sea and 10 minute walking to the beach. On the seafront promenade you will find many lovely restaurants with a great atmosphere and little shops as well as supermarkets. The studio is full equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, and includes a doble bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. We accept dogs.

This amazing and peaceful house is great for a city escape. Surrounded by greenery and only 5 min by car from the beach, it has everything for a relaxed holiday. Enjoy the hot tub, relax on sun bed, prepare a BBQ for a dinner on the terrace, or go for a walk in surrounding hills. The house is well equipped, but if you need anything, our family lives close by and can assist you at any time. Parking is free and we do recommend arriving with a vehicle, it's more convenient during the summer heat.
