Family Farm Pelejš - Holiday House

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

U prizemlju je jedna spavaća soba,takođerkupatilo sa wc-om i perilicom za robu i kuhinja za 10 ljudi, pećnica, perilica suđa, kuhalo za vodu.Na oba kata nalazi se klima i wi fi. Vani vas čeka dvorište,koje uvijek ima hlada u vrućim ljetnim danima, te veliki roštilj. Kroz dvorište se prolazi na plažu, udaljenu svega 10 metara.

Holiday Home Anamarija is located on the island of Vir, just above the sandy beach of Smratine, offering a stunning view of the sea and the coastline.<br><br>The house can accommodate up to seven guests and features three bedrooms with double beds and an additional bed. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals at home. There are 3 satellite TVs in the house (in two bedrooms and the kitchen).

Gostima su na raspolaganju dvije terase, glavna terasa sa stolom za objedovanje i prekrasnim pogledom na planinu Velebit i Jadransko more i druga bočna terasa koja je opremljena grillom i ležaljkama za odmaranje. My place is at the beach on one side and surrounded by chain of mountains of Natural park Velebit on the other. You’ll love it because of serenity, privacy and stunning views. It is perfect for families (with kids) and we are pet friendly. :)
