Our cozy cottage is a 5-minute drive from Vis town. It is at our ecological vineyard "Fields of Grace Vineyards". It offers nature and peace. There is a large terrace, with a gorgeous sit-in pool overlooking the beautiful vine valley and gardens. Our four cats love the cottage! Our entire estate (including air conditioning) runs on solar power. We maintain an ecologically balanced environment. As such, our vineyard is home to lovely small wildlife, such as hedgehogs, rabbits and pheasants.

Big sunny private terrace spilling with bougainvillea and pelargoniums, with sunbeds, pergola to the side and separate shady eating area.

Our family-friendly stone house is located in peaceful Kut, only a 3 min walk from the seaside, and is close to beaches and great restaurants. It comes with a lush lemon garden, sunny terraces and a separate garden studio. Kut is the Old Town of Vis and from this side of the bay you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. We bought the rundown house in 2007 and renovated it with the help of skilled craftsmen. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet really close to everything you need for a great holiday!

Stara kamena kuca renovirana u sarmantni dvoetazni apartman sa prekrasnom galerijom u potkrovlju. Apartman na prvom katu sadrzi kuhinju s dnevnim boravkom te prostranu vrlo modernu kupaonicu u kojoj cete se osjecati vrlo posebno. 😊 Na drugom katu u visokom potkrovlju je prostrana galerija sa spavacom sobom. Nasuprot kuce (nekoliko metara) nalazi se privatan vrt sa vratima na zakljucavanje,miran kutak u kojem se mozete opustiti uz casu vina pod zvjezdanim nebom ili jutarnjim doruckom.

If you want to enjoy in peace and pure nature in the middle of Vis island this is a perfect place to stay! We provide two bikes which are included in price. Our apartment is located in the middle of the island, location which is not connected to the Vis town by public transport, so we recommend you to arrive by car or motorcycle.
