Our hidden gem is perfect for those of you looking to enjoy time on your own, with friends, or family. While away the day rocking in the gentle breeze on the covered front porch swings or rocking chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on our large, private back yard patio surrounded by majestic pines. High speed wifi/smart t.v. for your convenience. Parking in driveway, though the garage is not accessible to guests. Special Note: Outdoor quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Downtown Garden Getaway

Immerse yourself in Quincy's charm at our downtown updated home. Explore nearby hiking and biking trails offering scenic routes through the Sierras, or enjoy a lake day at nearby Bucks Lake or Lakes Basin. Our home in the quaint and rural Quincy is steps from shops, cafes, and markets. After your outdoor adventures, relax and unwind on the garden patio or cozy up on the couch. Ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers, and visitors seeking a stylish and adventurous escape steps from downtown.

Feather Cottage - Getaway on the River

A private (shared) drive leads to a modest cottage on the middle fork of the Feather River. The neighbors are in close proximity, live here year round, and are quiet. Please be respectful. The cottage is comfortable, as is the 600 square deck. Make yourself your perfect morning drink, and some waffles while you’re at it. Kick back and enjoy all the Sierra Valley has to offer. Every few days, a train horn will sound in the night so be aware. The trains come and go at a sleepy pace. Enjoy!

A lovely peaceful retreat. This is a custom-built fully equipped home on the Feather River tucked into the tall pines on the hillside. Relax and enjoy the views from inside or outside on the wraparound deck. Just at the top of the ridge, the clickety clack of the train with a melancholy whistle is heard in the distance throughout the valley. As you drive through the Sierra valley you’re sure to spot quaint landmarks, barn quilts, cattle, yaks, deer and other wildlife.
