There are a few quirks, like the closet shower, and the creaky old floorboards above that could disturb noise sensitive guests.

My flat is not child proof not suitable for children under the age of four years of age. Please keep in mind. Dublin is just like any other city. You will hear a little street noise. Feel free to use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
