Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

The house is tucked into the back of our 300-acre working dairy farm and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries and restaurants. Or just relax at the farm, cozy up by the wood stove and cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!
