You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Romantic home with ambiance. yard lighting creates a mood 4 romance . Stylish with new appliances. This is a charmer three bedroom in downtown Grand a junction with a one minute drive commute to St. Mary’s hospital. Quiet neighborhood . Bi-level. Home has swap cooler and individual coolers as needed. IN ORDER to get the lights on in back yard you just have to plug extension cord into the cord hanging from the red building in back. We encourage you to walk downtown, only 6 blocks away. The Colorado National Monument, regional airport, CMU, library, Science Center for kids, and bike trails are very close.
