Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.

The cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your stay, featuring a comfy queen bed, a pull-out couch queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable private escape only 6 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. This cozy 8'x20' shipping container tiny home is located on three acres that overlooks the the Grand Valley. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation. Enjoy incredible views of the Valley, the Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and abundant bird watching!
