Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

Sand Point Lake House

A newly renovated 4 season home on French Lake located in Lakeville Corner only 30 mins from Fredericton. Relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere during your stay at Sand Point Lakehouse. Once you're done dropping your bags, head to the boat house, grab a life jacket and a kayak, canoe, peddle boat, SUP, or fishing rod and head down to the water followed by a fire, and enjoy s'mores! Winter months, ice fish or skate! *Camping Trailer MUST be requested in advance*

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

The Gladys House on the Washademoak Lake

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet at The Gladys House, along with a step back in time. The Gladys House is located at the mouth of the beautiful Washademoak Lake. Private beach, to swim, sun seek, bonfires, and sunsets. Located next door, is the McDonald’s Point Wharf, where swimming and diving are a must, fish and tie a boat up here too. Quiet roads for an evening walk, and just a short walk to Liza’s Pottery Studio. Restaurants 20 mins and shopping centres an hour away.

The Blue Whale Cottage- Cave View Cottages-Hot Tub

Just a two-minute walk from the beach and sea caves, Blue Whale Cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy cozy evenings at the propane fire table (open campfires are not permitted due to nearby homes), or soak in the hot tub while taking in beautiful views of the sea caves. The harbour is also just a short walk away, making this an ideal place to relax and explore.

And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.
