We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
