It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Un grand dressing est mis à disposition pour y déposer vos affaires. L'appartement, très lumineux compte 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand salon et le dressing.

L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
