Our Home is within walking distance to Downtown Grand Rapids, Did I mention a slue of Historical homes to view??? Close to dining, shopping, parks and Art! Our home is good for couples, family, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a furry friend (pet). We allow one dog or cat.

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline. There are many places to shop, restaurants, breweries, and parks within a 5- 15 minute drive. So close to town but it feels so remote. Come check out our farm store full of local goodness!
