The Prospector's Cottage was built during the gold rush but has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel while retaining its historic charm. It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well.

We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.
