Hop on your boat from our dock to explore all that the Abaco islands have to offer. 2200 sqft w/open-air porch to relax and enjoy a morning cup or an evening cocktail. The master suite opens onto the relaxing waterfront porch. Steps away is a private outdoor shower. Paddle board less than one minute to the secluded beach for lounging and taking in amazing sunsets.

Halcyon House overlooks the turquoise waters and beautiful sunsets located on Lubbers Quarters. Very secluded with no neighbors in sight of the home. This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.
