Relax at this peaceful cabin. Welcome to our beautiful mountain log cabin surrounded by trees. Just down the hill is a private pond or visit the community lake. Relax around the cabin or visit the Great Smoky Mountains Park. Located between Foothills Parkway and the Park in Top of the World Community. Plenty of yard space to enjoy and a front porch, back deck, fire pit, BBQ grill, and hot tub. Look Rock and Gold Mine Trail Head are in the neighborhood. Close to the Dragon. Pet fee is requested.

Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Music Mountain- The Boutique Music Themed Cabin

A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!

The Lighthouse at Hunkerdown Hollow provides a waterfront experience at the base of the Smoky Mountains. This unique lodging brings you up close to the natural beauty of the Douglas lake resevoir. Home to over 200 species of bird, and recognized as a Bassmaster top 100 fishing lake, the Lighthouse puts you right in the middle of it all! While every window in the lighthouse has a water view, the top level boasts a 360 degree view of water & the treetops, to observe all the beauty of Douglas!

It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort, just down the road is recreational fun for everyone with a pass.

The Tuckaseegee River area offers plenty of outdoor fun including hiking and mountain biking trails. Find skiing just 30 minutes away for fun on the slopes, and a casino if you're feeling lucky!

Driftwood Dreams: Lakefront with Mountain Views

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
