Located in one of Geelong's most sought after suburbs, this bright and airy private studio provides a welcome retreat close to the heart of the city, whilst offering quick and easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Blame Mabel is within reach of Geelong and Melbourne, yet the property has the calm and space of the country all to itself. There’s no television. Reception comes and goes. Nights are still.
