Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.

Our 2 bedroom house has a secure front and back yard making it ideal for pets. It is a 5 min walk to Pakington Street which is known for its trendy restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The waterfront, city centre and station are a 5min drive/20min walk. Coles and Aldi are a 10 min walk away. Our house has a mix of new and original features. Quirks include a portable electric cooktop and airfryer oven (no full electric oven) and a dishwasher in the laundry (no washing machine).

Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
