Sleeps 8. Open-plan living/kitchen downstairs opens to the bay; upstairs master suite has king bed, ensuite & private deck. Central AC, Starlink, generator, dishwasher, laundry & more. The newest & largest villa at Lo Key, built for those who refuse to compromise.

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

The cottage has an open-plan living room and kitchen that flow onto a charming porch with views of Coco Bay. Coco Bay has a beautiful beach with aqua blue water, a public dock and many turtles and rays. A leisurely 10-minute stroll brings you right to the Atlantic Ocean. You are also conveniently close to two resorts with dining and dancing.

The Swamp is perfectly located in the middle of Green Turtle Cay with a 3 minute walk to the pristine white sand beaches. Built in 2024, this property offers a spacious open floor plan with a coastal organic vibe. 3 bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 6 guests and plenty of seating and space for entertaining in the dining and living area. This home is brand new construction that was completed in late 2024 and new to the rental market as of 4/2025.

Bunk/pool house can be added for a separate sleeping area but keep in mind that the bathroom in the guest house will still need to be shared. Please inquire for rates to add bunkhouse.

This level also includes a guest bedroom w/ twin beds (can be made into King), & bathroom. On the second level, the master bedroom loft w/ NEW king bed and bathroom can house additional guests w/ a sleeper chair. Note: porch, pool, dock & laundry is shared.
