Elevated island living in a brand new 2/2 beach cottage. Island breezes abound! Centrally located with 360 views of Long Bay, Bita Bay and White Sound. Under a minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean side of the island. Multiple screened and open air outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooftop deck boasts the highest view on island. An open air space to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. You'll overlook Bita Bay, Long Bay and White Sound. You can watch the sunrise or gauge the chop of the water. Useful in so many ways! The main level of the house boasts a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The open air great room has vaulted ceilings and an adjacent kitchen equipped with all you'll need to make your own meals. You can watch Direct TV or watch DVDs as you cook. Just off from the kitchen and through the French doors is a large screened porch with a table for eating and playing games. A propane grill stands ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. Upstairs on the second level is the master bedroom ~ Suite Dreams. It has a king size bed, cozy chair to curl up in and private screened porch with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and there is a stocked coffee station, microwave and a mini fridge. There is a wall mounted TV and numerous DVDs to enjoy. The house is equipped with strong wifi on all levels.

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

This level also includes a guest bedroom w/ twin beds (can be made into King), & bathroom. On the second level, the master bedroom loft w/ NEW king bed and bathroom can house additional guests w/ a sleeper chair. Note: porch, pool, dock & laundry is shared.
