Het huis heeft een capaciteit voor 8p. en heel wat leuke troeven zoals: binnensauna voor 5p, leuke tuin (130m2) met bbq, ligzetels, petanquebaan, ruime keuken en gezellige leefruimte met zithoek, voetbal- en pingpongtafel. Er zijn 2 badkamers beschikbaar, waarvan één volledig is aangepast voor hulpbehoevende personen, net zoals het toilet op de benedenverdieping.

De wandelpromenade die Nieuwpoort-stad verbindt met Nieuwpoort-bad loop je zo in op het einde van de straat. Op ons zonovergoten terras kan je genieten tot zonsondergang
