Enjoy a true Mystic retreat! This 1960's cape has been completely renovated with comfort in mind. Located only 3.4 miles, just over 5 minutes, from Downtown Mystic. It’s close to the action, yet has over half an acre of woods and privacy to recharge. A perfect blend of both worlds! This home is located next to our family’s Christmas Tree Farm, Yetter Tree Farm. Whittle's Farm is walking distance, where you'll find fresh produce in summer months, and pick your own apples and pumpkins in the fall.
