This elegant 1,300 sq. ft. private, fully-furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, full kitchen, large living/dining room, washer/dryer, office, high-sped internet with WiFi , TV w/ Roku, patio and a deck overlooking the Oaks. It is a quick stroll to Avila Beach and we have some beach essentials for your use. The town has great walkable restaurants, wine/beer bars + shopping. The area is well-known for its ocean + hiking adventures - we’ll share our favorites! Parking for two cars on-site.

Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. We welcome solo travelers as well as couples. NOTE: LISTING PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON, $25 ADDITIONAL PER NIGHT FOR 2nd GUEST.

This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV.
