This 1970 Bluebird Schoolbus has been converted into a comfortable and whimsical living space. The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Additional pull out queen sofa bed and an extra bathroom. Quiet, exclusive and peaceful!

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.
