We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

This house is approximately 1700 sq. ft and is located on 2.25 acres in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. This home can be accessed about six miles off of exit 127 on I-24. It is located about an hour from Nashville & Chattanooga. It is about 10 miles to Monteagle and 15 to Sewanee.
