Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

El molino de la Alhambra

Fabulosa casa debajo de la alhambra, antiguo molino con una antigüedad de mas de 300 años aunque se encuentra totalmente rehabilitada, la casa se encuentra junto al puente romántico de carrera del darro, un sitio mágico donde disfrutar de tu estancia en Granada. Es uno de los sitios mas emblemáticos de granada, ya que se encuentra frente a un precioso puente. Recientemente, la casa se vé" adaptada en dibujos" en la película de Tadeo Jones 2.

La Casa del Charquillo en Trevélez

Está situada en el "Barrio Alto" que es el más típico y singular de Trevélez, por conservar los elementos más tradicionales de la arquitectura alpujarreña. Es una casa "antigua" restaurada, que nos traslada a otro tiempo, y la hace especialmente acogedora y bonita. Equipamiento y confort para que se encuentren como en la suya. Ideal para hacer senderismo y explorar la montaña. Perfecta para parejas que quieran perderse y encontrarse.
