With a comfortable double bed, many windows bringing in natural light, a kitchen integrated with the living area, and a spacious L-shaped balcony with a surreal view of Icaraí Beach. Fully equipped, it's 200m from the beach, close to pharmacies, a market, restaurants, and the most famous street in Icaraí.

Ótimo estúdio com vista panorâmica para o fundo da Baía de Guanabara e Serra dos Órgãos, anexa a Casa de Artes Paquetá, o centro cultural do bairro. A Torre de Gaudi está situada ao lado de importante região histórica da ilha e rodeada de muito verde e tranquilidade por todos os lados. Todos os ambientes são muito arejados, com pé direito alto e janelões que emolduram a vista para o mar. O estúdio possui uma ampla varanda ao ar livre, onde o sofá do Gaudi te convida para banhos de sol e de lua.
