This brand new 2 bedroom guest home is perched at the top of the Escondido hill in the gated community of Rancho Villa Real. The living room and covered porch hang out in the tops of the trees overlooking stunning ocean and jungle views. Monkeys, birds and other wildlife are often seen inhabiting the surrounding tropical trees. The guesthouse has a very private entrance giving it a separate feel from the rest of the property. Guests will enjoy access to the Rancho Villa Real community pool.

Ocean Front Studio Apartment ON THE BEACH with AC!

Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

This cozy casita is tucked directly across the street from the beach-perfect for the ultimate beach getaway! This two bedroom and one bathroom villa is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Langosta and across the street from Playa Langosta, while still being only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Tamarindo. This is the perfect place for guests who are seeking a quiet and peaceful beach vacation! Often guests will see howler monkeys outside the villa, perfect nature lovers!

Olympique pool

Enjoy my little casita. you have your own entrance. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.

sharonus cozy unit

Sharonus units complex is in the heart of Tamarind but in a very quite street. Behind vindi supermarket, restaurants and bank. 5 minutes walk from the bench. In the unit you can enjoy a comfortable queen bed. Private bathroom with hot water shower, a.c. microwave and coffee maker. There is also a shared area with a large and equipped kitchen and a terrace with a dining area, and pool. The unit has strong wifi signal- perfect for online working.

Cozy Guesthouse 5 mins To Beach

Quaint and cozy stand alone guesthouse located in nice residential community, merely 5 min walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach in Guanacaste Province. We are Canadian, however spend considerable time in Costa Rica. As such, you may be hosted by my friendly and welcoming Family who live in the main property (detached from the guest house) most of the year or friends of ours who may be managing the property.
