The apart hotel is located 2 minutes walk from "Gondola" ski lift, various cafes, bars and restaurants surrounded nearby. Thus location is the best in Gudauri. If you have no ski equipment with you, don't bother, you will find number of ski rental services in a few steps. There are also two ski lifts nearby (400m and 800m).
